Better Together Games^™ - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using a Better Together Games app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Better Together Games is a collection of classic games for solo play, family, and friends. Available play modes vary by app and platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Better Together Games is provided by Bottner Labs, LLC and includes Card Games, Puzzle Games, Word Joust, and Tabletop Games. The supported mobile stores are the Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. Card Games for Android is awaiting approval.

Card Games supports Solo Play (AI), Local Wi-Fi play on separate devices connected to the same local network, and Cloud Play over the internet. The upcoming Android release will include these three modes. Apple GameKit is an additional online option between iOS devices only and is not available on Android.

Tabletop Games supports Solo Play (AI), Pass & Play, Local Wi-Fi, and internet Cloud Play on iOS and Android. Both Local Wi-Fi and Cloud Play support iOS-to-iOS, Android-to-Android, and iOS-to-Android connections. Apple GameKit is also supported as an additional option for iOS-to-iOS play and is not available on Android.

3. Subscription and Payments

Each Better Together Games app has a separate annual subscription. The announced price is the same for iOS and Android:

• Annual Subscription: $5.99 per year per app

On iOS, subscriptions include family access for eligible family members through Apple Family Sharing, subject to Apple's eligibility and family-group rules. Purchases and subscription management use your Apple Account and the App Store.

On Android, your subscription is linked to the Google account used to subscribe. Other Google accounts need their own subscription. Purchases and subscription management use Google Play.

Purchases are platform-specific. Using the same app on both iOS and Android requires a separate subscription for each platform. An App Store purchase does not grant Google Play access, and a Google Play purchase does not grant App Store access.

Subscriptions are purchased only through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. We do not offer purchases outside the mobile stores. If you want the same app on both platforms, you must purchase a separate $5.99/year subscription through each store. Subscriptions do not transfer between platforms; cross-platform gameplay does not provide subscription access on the other platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the purchasing store's terms. Review the price, renewal date, and cancellation conditions displayed by that store before subscribing. Manage or cancel each subscription in the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it.

4. Game Content and Conduct

Our games are designed for family and friends of all ages to enjoy casual games together. By using the App:

• You agree to play respectfully and practice good sportsmanship
• You understand all game content is designed to be family-friendly
• You will use the App only for its intended purpose of playing games in its supported modes

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information if an account is required for a feature you use
• Maintain the security of any account you use
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only
• Not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the games
• Respect other players during gameplay

6. Intellectual Property

All games, questions, content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Bottner Labs, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Game Features

Better Together Games is designed for entertainment. Tabletop Games includes cross-platform Cloud Play and iOS-to-iOS GameKit play as described above.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bottner Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including any outcomes related to gameplay or relationship dynamics.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the App or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
