Peoplekeeper^™ - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Peoplekeeper ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Peoplekeeper is a relationship management app designed to help you maintain meaningful connections with family and friends. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Peoplekeeper helps you stay connected to the people who matter most through smart reminders, note-taking, and relationship organization features. The App is provided by Bottner Labs, LLC and is available exclusively on iPhone through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscription and Payments

Peoplekeeper offers subscription-based access at the following rates:

• Monthly subscription: $3.99 per month
• Annual subscription: $39.99 per year (save 17%)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the App
• Respect the privacy of individuals you add to your connections

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Bottner Labs, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data and notes you create within the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bottner Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or missed reminders.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
